Prepare and serve all food and products according to preparation time while maintaining a sense of urgency across the kitchen team. Proactively communicate with kitchen vendors and riders to hand over food, ensuring no discrepancies occur between operations. Keep all equipment clean and in excellent working condition, adhering to cleaning schedules, and check utilities availability. Identify and solve operational challenges by consulting with the Ops coordinator before addressing problems. Coordinate closely with the kitchen Ops coordinator and ensure timely handovers.
