Job Summary
Prepare and cook high-quality meals that meet restaurant standards while maintaining a high level of energy in a fast-paced kitchen. Handle a variety of tasks including food preparation, cooking, cleaning, and basic equipment maintenance. Follow all food safety regulations and communicate effectively with the team to coordinate operations. This role requires one year of restaurant experience, a valid driver's license, and completion of company training programs. Must be able to work various shifts including days, weekends, and travel as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorates that may be change
- Able to work a variety of shifts including days, weekends, and travel as needed for work related functions and training
- 1 year of restaurant experience
- Must complete all required Off The Hook company training programs
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Possess a valid driver's license
