Job Summary
Perform daily, weekly, and monthly inspections of assigned equipment in the Maintenance Division, including plumbing, kitchen equipment, HVAC/R, aquatic systems, and water quality. Execute rehab work, install, repair, and troubleshoot various items while conducting routine preventative maintenance. Maintain accurate daily duty logs and records of all maintenance activities. Effectively coordinate with other departments and ensure compliance with company procedures, safety standards, and government codes. Must possess practical skills in plumbing, HVAC/R, and aquatic systems, with experience in electrical and natural gas systems preferred. Valid driver's license required.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of Plumbing, HVAC/R, Aquatic Systems and Water Quality
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must possess a valid Driver's License
- Ability and willingness to work any shift and on weekends and holidays as needed
- Must be able to trouble-shoot clearly, calmly and safely in the presence of Guests and fellow Team Members
- Must possess strong safety sensitivity & ability to work with many different types of devices
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with electrical, plumbing & natural gas systems preferred
