Job Summary
Manage lead flow and client projects from beginning to end, maintaining frequent communications with prospects and clients while conducting the Kitchen Tune-Up sales process. Close a high percentage of sales in the home by tracking notes in CRM software and representing the brand professionally. Attend home shows and local networking events to generate business. This year-round position includes paid training, performance bonuses, and 401(k) benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a proven track record with in-home sales
- Proven experience in a commissioned sales environment
- Computer and smartphone proficient
- Highly motivated and dependable with a strong work ethic
- Ability to set priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
