Job Summary
Review design plans, measurements, and scopes of work for accuracy, then conduct site assessments to verify structural, plumbing, and electrical requirements. Develop project timelines, coordinate all trades and deliverables, and serve as the primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle. Supervise installation teams for plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and cabinetry, while monitoring budgets, invoices, and material deliveries to maintain healthy margins. Resolve field issues quickly to keep projects on schedule, verify installations against quality standards, and ensure compliance with building codes and permits.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years experience in project management, remodeling, or general contracting
- Hands-on experience with plumbing, electrical, and cabinetry installation
- Strong understanding of kitchen and bath design and construction processes
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
- Knowledge of building codes, permits, and construction safety standards
