Job Summary
Review design plans, measurements, and scopes of work for accuracy, then conduct site assessments to verify structural, plumbing, and electrical requirements. Develop project timelines, coordinate all trades and deliverables, and serve as the primary client contact throughout the lifecycle. Supervise plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and installation teams while monitoring progress, verifying installations, and managing punch lists. Monitor budgets, track material orders, and resolve field issues quickly to keep projects on schedule. Ensure compliance with building codes and gather client feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years experience in project management, remodeling, or general contracting
- Hands-on experience with plumbing, electrical, and cabinetry installation
- Strong understanding of kitchen and bath design and construction processes
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
- Knowledge of building codes, permits, and construction safety standards
