Job Summary
Oversee the administrative and logistical aspects of residential remodeling projects from contract signing through project completion. Coordinate schedules (subcontractors, installers, deliveries, inspections), order and track materials, maintain CRM/project records, monitor timelines, and serve as the primary point of contact for customers. Communicate project updates, address questions, ensure accuracy of measurements and specifications, assist with change orders and warranty requests, and support process improvements for project coordination. Strong proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace; customer-service oriented with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Required Qualifications
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Retail management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Experience using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Customer service experience required
- Experience in remodeling, construction, interior design, or home improvement preferred
