Job Summary
Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies, prepare food for service including chopping vegetables, butchering meat, and making sauces, and cook menu items in cooperation with kitchen staff. Clean up stations, manage leftover food, stock inventory, and inspect food preparation areas to ensure safe and sanitary practices. Answer, report, and follow GM's instructions while responding to guest feedback with urgency. Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and maintain a positive approach with coworkers and customers. Work a variety of shifts including days, weekends, and travel as needed. Complete all required company training programs and hold a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorates that may be change
- Able to work a variety of shifts including days, weekends, and travel as needed for work related functions and training
- 1 year of restaurant experience
- Must complete all required Off The Hook company training programs
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Possess a valid driver's license
