Job Summary
Prepare and present salad bar items, side dishes, and desserts according to recipes while ensuring inventory and fresh produce meet highest quality standards. Manage storage areas and expiration date tracking, maintaining cleanliness of all kitchen equipment and zones. Complete beginning and closing shift duties as directed by management. Requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work at a quick pace. Weekend and holiday work is required. Full-time hourly Team Members receive medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability coverage starting 60 days post-hire, with additional voluntary benefits available.
