Kitchen Prep

Prepare salad bar items, side dishes, and desserts according to recipes while ensuring the highest quality of inventory and fresh produce. Manage storage areas and track expiration dates on all products. Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and complete beginning or closing shift duties as directed. Requires ability to transport objects up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work at a quick pace. Weekend and holiday work is required.
