Job Summary
Prepare and present salad bar items, side dishes, and desserts according to recipes while ensuring inventory and fresh produce meet highest quality standards. Manage storage area inventory levels and assist with tracking expiration dates. Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen equipment and areas, and complete beginning or closing shift duties as directed. This role requires lifting objects up to 50 lbs, standing for long periods, and working at a quick pace. Weekend and holiday work is required. Full-time hourly pay ranges from $12.77 to $20.77 based on experience.
