Job Summary
Prepare and present salad bar items, side dishes, and desserts according to recipes while maintaining the highest standards for inventory and fresh produce. Manage storage area inventory levels, track expiration dates, and ensure cleanliness of all kitchen equipment and areas. Complete beginning or closing shift duties as directed by management. This role requires lifting objects up to 50 lbs, standing for long periods, and working at a quick pace. Weekend and holiday work is necessary. Full-time hourly Team Members receive medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability coverage after 60 days, while part-time staff receive minimum essential health coverage plus dental and vision.
