Kitchen Prep

Kitchen Prep role at Fogo de Chão focused on preparing and presenting salad bar items, side dishes, and desserts per recipe, maintaining high quality of inventory and produce, managing expiration dates and storage, keeping kitchen areas and equipment clean, and assisting with opening/closing duties. Requires ability to transport up to 50 lbs, stand long periods, and work at a fast pace; ability to work weekends/holidays. Part-time position with pay range $17.87–$23.87 per hour; benefits include medical/dental/vision for full-time team members after 60 days, company-paid life insurance and short-term disability where allowed, and voluntary benefits for part-time members.
