Job Summary
Kitchen Prep at Fogo de Chão in Virginia Beach, VA. Essential duties include preparing and presenting salad bar items, side dishes and desserts according to recipe; ensuring inventory and produce quality; managing storage and expiration dates; maintaining cleanliness of kitchen equipment and areas; assisting with opening/closing duties; and working at a fast pace.
