Kitchen Porter (Zero Hour Contract)

Conduct all kitchen assistant duties to the highest standard, ensuring cleanliness and best practices are maintained throughout the kitchen. Operate plate and pot wash areas timely, restock cleaned items, and store food deliveries correctly using company labelling processes. Remove waste, including delivery packaging, and transport it to the bin store. Adhere to food hygiene, allergen, and COSHH regulations while monitoring health and safety compliance. Complete opening and closing checklists daily and report accidents or incidents to the Head/Sous Chef. Contribute to new team member inductions and participate in in-house training sessions as required.
