Kitchen Porter

Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment by hand or using industrial dishwashers. Clean and sanitise kitchen surfaces, countertops, and food preparation areas, empty rubbish bins, and ensure proper disposal of waste materials. Assist in receiving, storing, and organising kitchen supplies and ingredients while maintaining cleanliness and organisation to ensure equipment is in good working order. This role requires physical stamina, the ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects, good attention to detail, and strong communication and teamwork skills. No formal education is required, though basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and sanitation practices is a plus.
