Job Summary
Kitchen Porter responsible for maintaining a high degree of sanitation in assigned areas and completing a wide variety of tasks in support of Food Services operations, including dishwashing, heavy cleaning, floor and washroom cleaning, coordinating work with other staff, putting away stock, identifying and reporting equipment in need of repair, handling garbage and recyclables, routine equipment maintenance, and other duties as assigned. Must be able to prioritize work, work independently with minimal supervision, stay calm and polite, multi-task, and demonstrate initiative.
Required Qualifications
- Experience Minimum 1-3 years of food service, retail, or warehouse experience required.
- Holding a Class G driver's license would be an asset.
- Experience leading others.
- Experience maintaining equipment and proper sanitization procedures is required.
