Job Summary
Kitchen Porter responsible for washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment quickly and thoroughly; keeping floors, surfaces, and bins clean; ensuring all kitchen areas stay spotless; assisting with basic tasks such as unloading deliveries and organizing stock; maintaining proper tool/equipment storage; and following hygiene and food safety rules (HACCP). The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and a proactive approach to reporting hazards, with no prior experience required as training is provided.
