Job Summary
Kitchen Porter position at The Relais Cooden Beach hotel, supporting chefs and maintaining a clean, compliant back-of-house kitchen. Responsibilities include keeping kitchen areas tidy, assisting with deliveries and stock storage, maintaining health and safety standards (COSHH), handling cleaning chemicals correctly, minimizing breakages, and ensuring chefs have the equipment they need in a fast-paced environment. The role requires physical stamina, reliability, teamwork, flexible availability (evenings, weekends, holidays), and good English communication. Required Qualifications
- Previous kitchen or porter experience (great, but not essential)
- Ability to work in a highly physical role

- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Good spoken English and communication skills
