Job Summary
Wash and sanitize pots, pans, and utensils; remove trash; clean floors; and perform general sanitation duties. Perform other reasonable duties as assigned under the supervision of the Manager Culinary or Operations Manager, Food & Nutrition Services. Maintain proper food safety and sanitary procedures. Fully vaccinated against seasonal influenza and COVID-19 or exempt by signed statement. Evening shift from 4:00pm to 8:00pm with weekend and holiday rotation at St. Luke's Hospital in New Bedford, MA.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to follow written instructions
- Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired
- Experience with proper food safety/sanitary procedures are preferred
