Job Summary
Wash, rinse and sanitise all kitchen items including pots, pans, dishes, utensils, and glassware; operate commercial dishwashing and cleaning equipment safely; maintain cleanliness and organisation of kitchen workspaces; dispose of kitchen waste; follow Food Safety and Health & Safety policies (HACCP) and SOPs; replenish stocks and assist during peak service; handle cleaning chemicals safely and maintain inventory integrity; adapt to a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and reliability.
Required Qualifications
- Previous cleaning, housekeeping, or janitorial experience preferred.
