Job Summary
Ensure cutlery, crockery, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils are kept clean and hygienic at all times while following HACCP and Food Hygiene regulations. Work efficiently within time frames to assist chefs with essential food preparation, including peeling and chopping vegetables. Manage waste by using bins correctly to support recycling and promote good waste management in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment. This full-time role involves straight shifts of 40 hours per week, including weekends and bank holidays on a rotational basis. No formal qualifications are required; training is provided to help you excel.
