Job Summary
Reporting to the Head Chef, the role focuses on maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in all kitchen areas, operating the dish machine, and ensuring surfaces and equipment are sanitary and ready for use. Responsibilities include cleaning dishes, floors, and equipment; keeping surfaces neat to minimize safety risks; adhering to Health and Safety at Work and Hygiene regulations; reporting irregularities; and demonstrating strong teamwork. The successful candidate should have an eye for detail, willingness to work across kitchen areas, good communication skills, be organized, and able to work under pressure in a team.
