Conduct dishwashing by hand or using industrial machines, clean and sanitise kitchen surfaces and food preparation areas, and assist chefs with basic tasks like peeling, chopping, and slicing ingredients. Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organisation, empty rubbish bins, and ensure equipment is in good working order. Receive, store, and organise kitchen supplies and ingredients while adhering to health and safety compliance. This role requires physical stamina, the ability to stand for extended periods, and good attention to detail. No formal education is required, though a high school diploma may be preferred.
