Job Summary
Kitchen Porter position supporting Maryland Food Bank’s FoodWorks Meal Program by maintaining a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment. Performs sanitation, inventory organization, waste management, and basic food preparation following ServSafe standards and established recipes. Responsibilities include keeping dishwashing, food prep, and storage areas compliant with regulations; receiving/storing deliveries per FIFO; and assisting with basic food preparation while adhering to local, state, and federal regulations (AIB, etc.).
