Manage the dish pit by cleaning all equipment and crockery to ensure the kitchen never grinds to a halt. Safely handle cleaning chemicals in line with COSHH regulations, control food waste, and maintain the highest levels of hygiene. Fetch and carry food, safely store equipment, and act as the link that keeps service flowing. Check in deliveries according to standard operating procedures and validate invoices to ensure accuracy. Work speedily to keep the operation moving while supporting the brigade during busy shifts.
