Kitchen Porter

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, including washing dishes, pots, and utensils; assist with basic food preparation as required by the chefs; ensure all kitchen equipment is cleaned and stored properly; help manage deliveries and storage of food supplies; support the team in adhering to health and safety standards; perform any other duties as assigned by the Head Chef or Sous Chef; thrive under pressure with an eye for detail and a collaborative, team-first approach.
