Job Summary
Kitchen Porter/Dishwasher (Evening Shift) in-season role at Green Bay Country Club. Responsible for operating a dishwashing machine and 3-compartment sinks, cleaning tables, walls, refrigerators, floors, and disposing of trash. Assists with basic food preparation and pot washing, ensuring adherence to health, food safety, and sanitation regulations. Requires ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress kitchen, stand for long periods, and lift up to 50 pounds. Reports to the Executive Chef or Sports Center Kitchen Manager; no supervisory duties. Seasonal position with sign-on incentive and benefits such as golf privileges and staff meals.
