Job Summary
Operate and maintain cleaning equipment including dish washing machines and trash compactors while washing, disinfecting, and inspecting kitchen tools and store rooms. Receive deliveries, store perishables properly, and rotate stock to ensure clean wares are stored in appropriate areas. Clean and mop all assigned department areas, pull and stack cleaned items, and send soiled items back for re-scrubbing. Follow all safety policies and maintain positive working relationships within the team. Join the W Edinburgh kitchen to support signature restaurant operations and guest dining experiences.
