Job Summary

Wash and store kitchen equipment, crockery, cutlery, and utensils while keeping all kitchen areas clean, tidy, and hygienic throughout the day. Assist with receiving, checking, and storing deliveries, dispose of waste safely, and follow recycling procedures. Support chefs with basic food preparation as required and maintain high standards of food hygiene and health and safety. Ensure kitchen equipment and workstations are clean and ready for service. Work as part of a busy team to help deliver an excellent service at our award-winning restaurant, which caters for weddings, private celebrations, corporate events, and hotel guests.
