Job Summary
Wash dishes, utensils, and equipment while maintaining cleanliness and order in kitchen, storage, and dishwashing areas. Support basic kitchen tasks such as moving supplies and assisting with setup, ensuring waste is disposed of according to procedures. Follow food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards at all times, reporting any issues immediately. Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and correctly to support smooth operations during peak service times. Work closely with cooks and the Kitchen Lead, adhering to rotating shift schedules including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Obtain an aviation security background check for airport access and acquire an H10 food-safety certificate as required.
Required Qualifications
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Aviation security background check
- Basic English skills (sufficient to understand instructions and communicate with the team)
