Kitchen Planning Specialist

As a Kitchen Specialist in Mentone, you'll guide customers through kitchen and bathroom design needs, provide design advice, quotes, and oversee full design, order and installation projects. You’ll deliver exceptional customer service, stay current on products, manage stock, generate sales, and handle ongoing orders while working as part of an inclusive team. The role offers full-time hours at a rate of $30.45 per hour for applicants aged 18+, with training provided to turn customers' kitchen dreams into reality and opportunities to participate in design services, installation projects, and a supportive store environment. You’ll engage customers to understand their needs, budget, and preferences, and contribute to a culture that values diversity, learning, and collaboration. The position requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and early shifts, and involves a path from application to interviews and on-site meet-and-greet as part of the selection process.
