Kitchen Packaging Technician Lead

Job Summary
Oversee evening packaging operations, ensuring products are packaged accurately, efficiently, and in full compliance with Arizona Department of Health Services regulations. Package products meeting weight, seal, and label requirements while operating and troubleshooting equipment. Manage packaging materials, monitor stock levels, and maintain accurate records in the Dutchie seed-to-sale tracking system. Ensure all labeling adheres to THC content, batch numbers, and child-resistant packaging standards. Maintain a clean, sanitary environment following health and safety protocols. Full-time evening shift Monday through Friday. Valid Food Handler's Safety Card and Facility Agent Card required.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years experience in cannabis packaging, manufacturing, or food production
- Valid Food Handler's Safety Card
- Authorized to hold a Facility Agent Card with the Arizona Department of Health Services
- Ability to stand or sit for up to 10 hours
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong manual dexterity
Desired Qualifications
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience
- Familiarity with food safety protocols
- Familiarity with cannabis compliance
