Job Summary
As a Kitchen Manager in Training, you will assist in overseeing daily kitchen operations, maintain efficient systems, and ensure exceptional customer service in a friendly atmosphere. Your role involves inventory management, labor control, and enforcing food safety standards. You'll work closely with the Kitchen Manager to communicate procedures to employees and support the department's success. This position requires a minimum of two years of management experience in food service or equivalent experience with Parker's, and successful completion of Food Safety and skills-based certifications within specified timeframes. Candidates must be at least 16 years old and have reliable transportation.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of management experience in food service operations
- Must be at least 16 years of age upon hire date
- Must have reliable transportation
Desired Qualifications
- Completion of Food Safety Certification
- Completion of a skills-based certification
