Job Summary
Oversee daily kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation while ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards. Supervise kitchen staff by providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to maintain service quality. Manage inventory, order supplies, and control the budget for food and materials. Maintain accurate records of menu planning, inventory, and staff performance. Collaborate with other departments to develop menus, recipes, and special events. This full-time role offers a competitive hourly rate of $22-$24 with benefits at Willow Tree Post Acute in Topeka, KS.
