Kitchen Manager

Prepare menus within dietary expectations and serve resident meals while maintaining inventory of kitchen stock supplies and ordering food as needed. Receive and store all food deliveries, ensure kitchen and dining rooms meet health standards, and perform weekly and monthly deep cleaning. Wash dishes and deliver meals to other facilities as needed. This role operates in a residential treatment facility kitchen using standard equipment, requiring the ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 100 pounds with support. Some travel is expected.
