Job Summary
Lead and manage back-of-house operations and culinary team to ensure high-quality food, consistent presentation, and cost-controlled operations. Responsibilities include overseeing daily kitchen activities, inventory and ordering, food safety and sanitation compliance, menu execution and specials, training and developing kitchen staff, guiding cost management (food and labor), and fostering a positive, collaborative workplace culture while supporting leadership goals and guest satisfaction. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills are essential; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. The role is full-time with Sundays and Mondays required, and offers compensation in the $28-$30/hour range with growth opportunities and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Kitchen Manager, Sous Chef, or similar leadership role
