Job Summary

Kitchen Manager ready to lead Truxton’s Americana Bistro’s kitchen operations, driving food quality, consistency, and guest experience while developing BOH teams, managing food cost and labor, and upholding health and safety standards. Leader will hire/train staff, partner with FOH, support new store openings, and contribute to financial performance and brand growth in a high-volume, full-service setting.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of kitchen leadership experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams
  • Strong operational and financial acumen (food cost, labor management, inventory)
  • A self-starter with a hands-on, solutions-oriented mindset
  • Passion for hospitality and a 'people first' leadership style
