Job Summary
Kitchen Manager leads daily kitchen operations to ensure food quality, consistency, and execution standards; hires, trains, and develops BOH team members with a hands-on leadership approach; drives a culture of accountability, respect, and team development; manages food cost, labor, and kitchen financial performance; maintains strict health, safety, and sanitation standards; partners with FOH leadership to deliver an exceptional guest experience; supports new store openings and leadership bench development as the brand grows.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of kitchen leadership experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
