Job Summary
The Kitchen Manager will supervise daily back of house restaurant operations, manage kitchen staff, coordinate food orders, and ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards. Responsibilities include supervising food prep, checking food plating and temperature, scheduling shifts, ordering supplies, training staff, and maintaining cost reports. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar role, knowledge of various recipes, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage a team effectively.
Required Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a Kitchen Manager, Restaurant Manager or Head Chef
- Familiarity with kitchen sanitation and safety regulations
- Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced work environment
