Job Summary
Texas Roadhouse is seeking a Kitchen Manager to oversee all Back of House operations, ensuring timely preparation and presentation of food according to established recipes. The role includes supervising food production, enforcing cleanliness and safety compliance, managing performance evaluations, and training Back of House employees. The Kitchen Manager will also be responsible for managing food costs and maintaining a safe work environment while fostering a fun and engaging workplace culture.
