Job Summary
Kitchen Manager responsible for overseeing Back of House operations at Texas Roadhouse, including purchasing, receiving, preparing, and presenting food per established recipes and procedures. Responsibilities include supervising production, enforcing employment policies, ensuring cleanliness and guest safety, managing ticket times, evaluating and coaching Back of House staff, conducting performance reviews, guiding development of key employees, conducting line Taste & Temp checks for inventory and safety, controlling food costs and labor, directing scheduling and task assignments, training BOH employees on equipment and cleaning, and supporting a safe, fun, and clean work environment aligned with company values.
