Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, ensuring adherence to food safety and sanitation standards. Responsible for customer service, managing inventory, controlling labor and budget costs, leading team communication, and ensuring adequate staffing. Must have at least 2 years of relevant management experience, reliable transportation, and complete necessary certifications within specified time frames. Physical ability to stand for long hours and lift heavy items is required. Must foster a welcoming atmosphere for customers and employees.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of management experience in food service operations or demonstrated experience in food service operations with Parker's or the equivalent.
- Must be at least 16 years of age upon hire date.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Completion of Food Safety Certification within the first month of employment is required.
- Completion of a skills-based certification within the first 120 days of employment is mandatory.

- Kitchen Managers must be able to work varied hours, days, and shifts as needed by the employer due to business circumstances.
