Job Summary

As a Kitchen Manager, you will oversee daily operations, ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met, manage inventory, control labor costs, and prepare food and beverages as per specifications. You will lead and communicate effectively with team members, ensure high customer service standards, and maintain adequate staffing levels. Successful candidates will have management experience in food service, possess necessary certifications, and be able to work varied hours and shifts.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of management experience in food service operations or demonstrated experience in food service operations with Parker's or the equivalent.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Completion of Food Safety Certification within the first month of employment is required.
  • Completion of a skills-based certification within the first 120 days of employment is mandatory.

Additional Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years of age upon hire date.
