Job Summary
Back-of-House/Kitchen Manager for a high-volume family-entertainment restaurant. Responsible for owning BOH sanitation and operations, hiring/training/managing kitchen staff, inventory control, and managing food and labor costs while upholding food safety and hygiene standards. Leads a fast-paced kitchen team to deliver consistent guest dining experiences, enforces health regulations, and collaborates on process improvements and updates for BOH procedures and specials.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of restaurant experience
- Management and/or hospitality experience a plus
- Experience in managing COGS and labor
- ServSafe certified or able to complete certification
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays
