Job Summary
Direct Heart of the House Cafe operations, ensuring the business maximizes its potential and overseeing financial results, development and retention of human capital. Responsible for guest experience by adhering to menu specifications and maintaining food quality and presentation, while operating a financially profitable food and beverage operation. Growth of the business through innovative sales and marketing concepts, coordination of operations between departments, coaching and documenting staff to maintain high quality workforce, and building positive relationships within the community. Requires strong leadership, decision-making, organization, and the ability to manage multiple moving parts in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 Proven track record of managerial success in a fast paced environment by possessing the experience, ability, and knowledge to move the business forward financially while focusing on the diversity of human capital.
