Job Summary
The Kitchen Manager will lead and develop the kitchen team to deliver bold, scratch-made Italian cuisine in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Responsibilities include overseeing daily kitchen operations, coaching and training staff, creating weekly cook and dough schedules, ensuring recipe execution and brand standards, maintaining food safety and quality controls, monitoring food costs and inventory, conducting back-of-house meetings, and collaborating with the General Manager to drive exceptional guest experiences and continuous team growth.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or certification from culinary school (preferred)
- A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
- In-depth knowledge of kitchen health and safety regulations
