Job Summary
Experienced Kitchen Manager to lead Salted's kitchen in Orange County, CA. Responsibilities include preparing and cooking food items to Salted culinary standards, maintaining sanitation and safety compliance, collaborating with the virtual Front of House team to deliver exceptional dining experiences, upholding high quality and consistency in all food production, implementing rigorous sanitation protocols, organizing the kitchen and related areas, managing administrative tasks (scheduling, inventory, financial management), and recruiting, training, and developing kitchen staff to build a cohesive team.
Required Qualifications
- Solid foundation in culinary skills, including knife/prep work, flat-top cooking
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Minimum of 5 years of kitchen experience
- Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience
