Job Summary
Lead daily kitchen operations in a fast-paced casual dining environment, overseeing back-of-house activities, inventory, and cost control while mentoring kitchen team members. Ensure high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation; enforce health and safety procedures; collaborate with front-of-house leadership for smooth service; and step in as a hands-on leader during service.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous management experience in family or casual dining preferred
- ServSafe Food Manager Certification preferred
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and remain on your feet for extended periods
