Job Summary
Kitchen Manager responsible for delivering memorable guest experiences at Popeyes by aligning with Service Basics, leading daily operations, managing staff, ensuring food quality and safety, and upholding brand standards. Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, processing cash/credit transactions, assisting management in creating a positive work environment, maintaining product knowledge, supervising food preparation, monitoring food quality and temperatures, ensuring clean and welcoming dining area, managing inventory and stock, and resolving guest issues. Requires strong guest service orientation, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, reliable attendance, and flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Age requirement is 16+ and physical tasks include lifting up to 60 pounds and standing for shifts.

- Carry products/boxes and miscellaneous weighing no more than 60 pounds
- Operate register
- Handle product preparation
- Listen to and communicate with guests
- Kneel and follow proper lifting procedures
- Perform product preparation, stocking and inventory
- Lift to open and close door to store and storage shed as well as cooler and freezers
- Able to reach for prepared product and serving guests and training
- See during all activities
- Able to stand while serving guests and training
- Stoop to pick up supplies and trash
- Communicate with fellow team members and guests
- Handle raw or uncooked products
- Frequently wash hands to maintain food safety standards
